A quote request form that emails you

Let clients describe the job, the budget, and the timeline up front — every request lands in your inbox, ready to reply to.

When you want this form

If you sell services — contracting, consulting, freelance work, an agency — the first exchange with a new client is always the same questions: what do you need, what can you spend, and when. A quote request form asks those questions once, so you can size up the lead before you spend time pricing the work.

A plain HTML form on your existing site is enough. Form2Email receives the submission and emails it to you with the requester's address as reply-to — no backend, no account, no CRM to wire up.

The form

Paste this into your page and replace your-token with the token from your endpoint (setup below):

<form action="https://form2email.terragohan.com/f/your-token" method="post">
  <label for="name">Name</label>
  <input id="name" name="name" required>

  <label for="email">Email</label>
  <input id="email" name="email" type="email" required>

  <label for="phone">Phone (optional)</label>
  <input id="phone" name="phone" type="tel">

  <label for="service">What do you need?</label>
  <select id="service" name="service" required>
    <option value="">Choose one…</option>
    <option>Design</option>
    <option>Development</option>
    <option>Consulting</option>
    <option>Something else</option>
  </select>

  <fieldset>
    <legend>Budget range</legend>
    <label><input type="radio" name="budget" value="under-1000" required> Under $1,000</label>
    <label><input type="radio" name="budget" value="1000-5000"> $1,000–$5,000</label>
    <label><input type="radio" name="budget" value="over-5000"> Over $5,000</label>
    <label><input type="radio" name="budget" value="not-sure"> Not sure yet</label>
  </fieldset>

  <label for="timeline">When do you want it done?</label>
  <input id="timeline" name="timeline" placeholder="e.g. within 3 months">

  <label for="message">Tell me about the project</label>
  <textarea id="message" name="message" rows="6" required></textarea>

  <!-- optional: your own thank-you page after submit -->
  <input type="hidden" name="_redirect" value="https://yoursite.com/thanks">

  <button type="submit">Request a quote</button>
</form>

Swap the service and budget options for your own — the markup is plain HTML and styling is up to you. Only the action, method="post", and the name attributes matter to Form2Email; selects and radio groups are submitted as ordinary fields like any text input.

Set it up

  1. Create the endpoint

    Use the tool on the homepage — or POST https://form2email.terragohan.com/api/endpoints — with the email that receives submissions and the exact domain this form lives on.

  2. Verify the email

    We send a verification link to the destination address — single-use, valid 24 hours. Nothing is accepted until a human clicks it. Add form2email@terragohan.com to your trusted senders.

  3. Point the form at it

    Put your public URL in the form's action. Submissions are only accepted from the domain you registered — exact hostname match, subdomains need their own endpoint.

  4. Keep it alive

    Endpoints stay active for 7 days after verification. Extend for free (+7 days, as often as you like) from your manage page — extending also revives an expired endpoint.

What lands in your inbox

Each quote request becomes one email to your destination address:

With _redirect set, the requester's browser is sent to your thank-you page after a successful submit. Without it they get a small JSON response — fine for JavaScript-driven forms, less friendly for plain HTML.
